The company held the first quarter management meeting

　　On April 7, 2020, GE lianghao New Material Co., Ltd. held the first quarter management meeting. The meeting was presided over by Dr. Yang Meng, general manager of the company. The meeting was attended by company leaders, department managers, workshop directors, R & D project leaders and relevant business executives, and video connection was conducted with GE lianghao (Shandong) company. The meeting focused on a comprehensive summary of the company's work in the first quarter and management review of the quality, environment, occupational health and safety management system.

 

 

　　According to the usual practice, first of all, the company's directors and department managers made a comprehensive and systematic summary and report on the operation of the "three integration" management system in combination with the specific work of the Department. It also puts forward the problems which are difficult to be solved by the Department itself and needs the assistance of the company's overall arrangement or other departments, as well as the experience of continuous improvement and the opinions and suggestions on the company's management. On this basis, general manager Yang Meng summarized the overall operation and management work of the company in the first quarter, pointed out the highlights and existing problems in the operation and management work, as well as the work focus in the next stage.  
　　After that, Jiang Tiejun, Secretary of the Party committee of the group, delivered a speech, and put forward guiding opinions on the main issues elaborated by the participants. All departments of the company are required to implement the "four key points of everything management" and "six musts of safety management", standardize the management with systems, and continuously optimize the working process.
