1. What kind of glue do you have?

2. What are the characteristics of Ge Liang Hao's plywood adhesive?

It can bond hardwood, softwood, hardwood and other wood materials and inorganic materials.


4. How to correctly use GE Liang Hao brand panel glue?
A: when using the panel adhesive, the surface treatment requirements of the glued materials are very high. Otherwise, even the best glue can not achieve good bonding effect. The following requirements should be met:
(1) The surface of the bonded material shall be planed or sanded, and the machining accuracy shall be controlled within ± 0.1 mm to ensure that the surface of the substrate is flat and smooth without knots, cracks, oil stains and dust; the moisture content of the substrate shall be adjusted to less than 12%; the moisture content difference of adjacent substrates shall not exceed 3%.
(2) mixture of main agent and curing agent is 100:15 (weight ratio) and stir 3min ~ 5min to even emulsion. Each batch should be used up within 1 hour (20 ℃) to avoid failure and waste. There will be a small amount of bubbles in the process of use, which will be eliminated by stirring, which does not affect the bonding quality.
(3) It is enough to apply glue once. The amount of glue applied by hand is 260g / m2-320g / m2 (double-sided gluing). 30% - 40% of glue can be saved by machine. The amount of glue applied in summer should be slightly larger than that in winter, and the speed of gluing should be accelerated as much as possible.

5. What should I pay attention to when I make a good collage?

(1) The bonding ambient temperature shall not be lower than 10 ℃.
(2) Cover the container tightly after use to prevent the glue from scaling. Prevent curing agent from contacting with water and air for a long time to avoid failure.
(3) no iron or copper metal containers should be used, or contact with acid, alkali, banana water or boron compounds to prevent gel failure.
(4) The tools and gluing tools for holding panel glue should be cleaned with water in time after use.
(5) Keep out of the reach of children. Do not enter. The curing agent is isocyanate compound, which is irritant to skin and eyes. If it contacts skin, eyes and mouth accidentally, please rinse it with plenty of water immediately.
(6) This product is a water dispersing adhesive, which is stored and transported as non dangerous goods. Store in a cool, dry place at 10-40 ℃. Due to the difference of individual construction environment and selected materials, it is suggested to conduct field test before construction to ensure the best effect.
