At present, the product is mainly suitable for interior decoration, not suitable for outdoor direct sunlight.

2. If 899 environmental protection decoration glue must be used outdoors, what problems should be paid attention to?
A: if it is necessary to use it outdoors, the glue should be fully dried and solidified, which takes 72 hours. If the construction is carried out outdoors directly, the necessary anti light measures shall be taken, and the glue liquid can be used only after the glue liquid is fully dried and solidified. This product is not suitable for polyolefin, polytetrafluoroethylene, silicone, styrofoam, and products with anti tackifier (some new type of anti sticking coating).
For soft PVC materials, poor durability, falling off phenomenon will occur, and it is not recommended to use. If it is necessary to use, please test the adhesion of each batch of products, because the amount of plasticizer in PVC will affect the bonding effect. 5. What are the common problems of using 899 environmental protection decorative adhesive?
When using 899 environmental protection decorative adhesive, if the operation is improper, the following problems will often occur:


(1) Bubbling
The bubbling is mainly caused by the gas between the two bonding surfaces, and the material is deformed due to the expansion of the gas
① When bonding, the air holding time is too short and there are too many residual solvents. When the temperature rises, the solvent vaporizes and bubbles.
② In rainy days, the water content in the rubber layer and the bottom material is too high, and the water volatilizes when the temperature rises
Bubbling.
③ When the construction is carried out at low temperature, it is easy to produce too much residual solvent, and when the temperature rises, bubbles will occur.

(2) Fall off
The main reason for the falling off is that the cohesive force is less than the external force on the object
① The adhesive materials, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polytetrafluoroethylene and organosilicon, are easy to fall off due to the low bonding strength.
② The surface treatment of the material is not good, there is residual film remover or the material itself contains anti adhesion agent, which reduces the bonding strength and is easy to fall off when under stress.
③ After bonding for a period of time, the adhesive layer is dissolved, which is caused by the migration of plasticizer from the adhesive material, which dissolves the adhesive layer. This situation is common in PVC with large plasticizing dosage, especially in high temperature season, the plasticizer is easy to migrate.

(3) Edge warping
The causes of warping are as follows:
① The edge coating is too thick, the initial adhesion force is small, and the deformation of the material itself makes the edge warped.
② When the material is heated too high, the material will shrink and produce a great contraction force. At the same time, the thermal strength of the adhesive layer will decrease, so that the edge will be opened first.
